Message	is it? ;-P Anyways, the brake fluid should be clear not black. You can bleed it yourself as it is a DIY if you have someone to help you bleed the brakes. If the brake fluid is low, check the pads to see how much material you have left. If they are low, change out the pads (also DIY) but I recommend having the rotors turned as well. Change the fluid..... I eat rice, I don't put rice on my car!
